RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICIES
Funki G Lounge Cafe™ is dedicated to providing you with top-quality apparel and merchandise.
If you receive an item that is damaged we will replace the item at no additional cost to you, if you email us at funkigcafe@gmail.com within 15 days after receiving your order.
If you receive an item with an incorrect size from your original order, please email your order number and a picture of the item(s) to funkigcafe@gmail.com. Please show the size tag and the original packaging, and send the photos within 15 days of receipt of the order. We will process a replacement once we have confirmed the order.
We can offer you replacements at no additional cost if they fall under the criteria below:
• Items are faulty — defective/damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
• We sent the wrong item — size, style, color.
• Packages that are lost in transit.
Measurements: Measurements are provided in the product description to help you get an accurate fit. We do not bear the responsibility of NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL because the item does not fit.
Shipping: Please ensure that all the shipping information you have provided is correct before submitting your order. This is to prevent shipping mishaps or lost packages. We are not liable for packages that are misrouted due to incorrect shipping addresses.
CAN ALL ITEMS BE RETURNED?
All items are covered with our 15-day guarantee. The items will be accepted back if they meet all of our ‘Return Terms & Conditions’ and a request has been submitted within 15 days of receipt of the package.
How do I return a product?
Should you wish to return an item, you can return it within 15 days following the delivery date providing that the product has not been used. Please email us at funkigcafe@gmail.com and we will provide instructions for the return process.
RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS
Funki G Lounge Cafe™ does not bear the shipping cost of returning the item(s). Please note that returned packages can sometimes take up to 15 days to reach us. If you return a product without the return form, the refund may take longer. The corresponding refund will be made once we receive the returned package.
Please note that only products in unworn/unwashed condition and in their original packaging (alternative appropriate exterior shipping packaging can be used) will be refunded. Returned orders remain under the responsibility of the customer until they arrive at our return address. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage during the transit of the returned package, nor will we be able to provide any assistance in tracking the returned package.
Please allow a few days for the funds to be credited back to your payment method. The time frame varies depending on the payment method used. If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
